Get Your Packet Like a Pro

Packets may be picked up by you or a friend and/or family member on Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 6:15am to 7:30am at the Brenham High School cafeteria – 525 A.H. Ehrig Drive, Brenham, TX 77833.

PLEASE be sure that both you and your friend are aware that the other has picked up the packet. We often have people arrive assuming their packets are missing when a friend has already picked it up.

If you registered after 8am on Wednesday, April 5, please proceed to Race Day Registration in the gym. Follow the signs or ask a volunteer in a purple shirt where to go.

    What’s included in the packet?

The most important thing in your packet is your bib – it holds the technology that allows us to time your run/walk and provide you with placement in your division. Also included in the packet is general information about Brenham and the run, course maps, as well as coupons from local shops and restaurants.

Due to an unexpected family situation I will or be able to attend. Don’t really need contents of packet but would like my tshirt. Is there any way I can pay to have it shipped to me!

As stated in the article, “Get Your Packet Like a Pro“, if you registered after 8am on Wednesday, April 5, please proceed to Race Day Registration in the gym. Follow the signs or ask a volunteer in a purple shirt where to go.

As stated on the Schedule page, the 5K starts at 8:45AM.

Technically, you don’t need a packet. However, it contains your bib number which contains the technology that records your race stats – gun time, chip time. class position, etc. If you don’t care about any of that, you can run without it. The packet also contains your t-shirt.

I plan to register my husband, daughter (5 yo)and I for the 1 mile. I will also have my 1 year old son. What fee do I need to pay for him? Will there be discounted lodging in the area for this event?
