New 10K Course: It’s Official!

Ok folks! The new 10K course for the 2015 Blue Bell Fun Run is set! We are happy to report that the course is ready to go for all of you 6.2 enthusiasts. For those of you who missed my previous post, we made the change to resolve the merging issues that occurred where the 5K/10K courses joined together.

For those of you who are interested in coming to Brenham and running or walking the course in advance, you will find a course map here. We realize the mapmyrun course shows 6.31 miles – 10K/6.2mi will obviously be the official course, but 6.31mi is as close as my mouse would let me get with the points along the course! 🙂 And yes – there are still hills and still great scenery.

If you want to come in one weekend before the race, we have a local running group, Brenham Runners Association, that will gladly have members meet you and show you the new route.

Look forward to seeing all of you on April 11, 2015 for the 37th running of the Blue Bell Fun Run.
